cigarette odorlack of transparency
i was disappointed by the room size , it felt much smaller than advertised and barely had enough space for our luggage. the room had a noticeable cigarette odor , which was quite unpleasant and lingered throughout my stay. the staff initially claimed all rooms were the same size , which proved untrue when a larger room was offered later , i found this lack of transparency concerning.

the hotel had a perfect location for exploring. it was easy to reach all main attractions. breakfast had a wide selection. the staff was very helpful.
my clothes smelled like cigarette smoke after the first night. i found this unacceptable and it was addressed the next day.

i found the hotel location amazing. i could easily return after sightseeing and shopping. the breakfast was fantastic, with so much variety. the outdoor bar staff were super nice and cute!
i found no body lotion or separate shampoo and conditioner in the bathroom. this was a small inconvenience . i hope they address this.

The staff were helpful . i had a privilege garden view room. It included nuxe shampoo, conditioner, and shower gel. a dyson hairdryer and dressing gowns were a nice surprise. the pool was heated.
the gluten-free bread was placed next to the regular bread. it shared a toaster. cross-contamination was a concern.
