excellent breakfast beautiful areas
The breakfast offered lots of choice, it was excellent! the spa had beautiful areas where i could relax. there was seating in the garden. I enjoyed a drink in the sun there.
for a hotel claiming five stars, i noticed no bar as such was present! there was just a small seating area next to the restaurant, it felt a bit basic.

splendid stay
breakfast buffet beautiful setup
the breakfast buffet was amazing , with a beautiful setup. i found the food selection delicious and varied. i especially enjoyed the pool area , it gave me a great way to end the day.
at the end of my stay , i settled my bill. i noticed a charge of 200 euros on my card with no immediate explanation. i found this situation concerning and the resolution took an unreasonable amount of time.

the hotel features a well-equipped gym with modern machines. the spa area offers a sauna , a steam room, and a relaxation area. the indoor pool allows for swimming and relaxation regardless of the weather.

unpleasant odor excessive wait times
The breakfast was acceptable, with a sufficient variety of options available each morning.
The air conditioning in my room emitted an unpleasant odor, made the room uncomfortable. I reported it to the front desk, but nothing was done. the wait times for service at the restaurant were excessive (even during off-peak hours).

rooms spacious design super kind staff spa basket
i totally enjoyed the rooms spacious design, everything felt perfect. the staff was super kind, and i loved their help with directions. i also got to use the spa basket provided in the room, so convenient!

room delay lobby delay
the breakfast was stocked well for different needs. the restaurant and kitchen staff was lovely.
the room i booked wasn't ready at check-in. i waited over an hour in the lobby. they never offered me a complimentary drink or snack for the delay, it was very frustrating, to say the least.
