Spacious and Convenient Stay
ample space hot water breakfast variety
the apartment provided ample space and included necessary amenities. the shower offered very hot water and had both a walk-in shower and a bathtub. the breakfast buffet featured a large variety of choices. i found good value (especially considering the location).
the cleaning services were not consistent. personal items were moved but not returned to their original places. the cleaning standards did not meet the expectations of a 5-star hotel. i think more attention to detail would enhance the experience.

the area is quiet and compact, which i appreciate. it is convenient for families. a carrefour supermarket is nearby for groceries. this location provides easy access to basic needs like a pharmacy and a small shop.

Really good Service and Amenities
great variety clean area perfect temperature attentitive staff
The breakfast had great variety and everything tasted fresh. The outdoor pool area was clean. The water temperature was perfect. I was given a complimentary upgrade from a Beautiful Studio to a one bedroom unit. It. I appreciated the attentiveness of the staff. They were friendly and efficient.
The hotel is a little far from the city center so transportation requires some planning

the staff were helpful. the food and restaurant are great, i enjoyed them very much. i liked that super tidy too!

pleasant stay with excellent service
helpful staff attentive service good food
i appreciated the friendly and helpful staff at the reception and concierge desks the team was polite and efficient i found the saturday brunch amazing nazima was attentive and ensured everyone was happy i enjoyed the food and music.
the hotel is not very close to downtown areas like the dubai mall

broken toilet no compensation
the toilet in my beautiful king room didn't work properly . i had to call multiple times for repairs, but it kept breaking down. the leaking and noise from the toilet made it hard to sleep, and the staff didn't offer any compensation, i was disappointed.

acceptable stay with some issues
broken tap lacking management
the gym was quite good it offered a variety of equipment for a solid workout.
i had some issues the sink tap in the bathroom broke it caused a water leak i had to call maintenance to stop it the manager seemed unaware of the incident a day later. i requested a repair i needed to follow up with the management team i found the management side of things quite lacking for a hotel of this standard.

I found the staff helpful, especially neelum at reception, who ensured my check-in was smooth (a real relief after a long flight). the room was also very clean. i appreciated the shuttle service offered daily. It made getting to the malls easy.
