the apartment provided ample space and included necessary amenities. the shower offered very hot water and had both a walk-in shower and a bathtub. the breakfast buffet featured a large variety of choices. i found good value (especially considering the location).

the cleaning services were not consistent. personal items were moved but not returned to their original places. the cleaning standards did not meet the expectations of a 5-star hotel. i think more attention to detail would enhance the experience.

The breakfast had great variety and everything tasted fresh. The outdoor pool area was clean. The water temperature was perfect. I was given a complimentary upgrade from a Beautiful Studio to a one bedroom unit. It. I appreciated the attentiveness of the staff. They were friendly and efficient.

The hotel is a little far from the city center so transportation requires some planning

the toilet in my beautiful king room didn't work properly . i had to call multiple times for repairs, but it kept breaking down. the leaking and noise from the toilet made it hard to sleep, and the staff didn't offer any compensation, i was disappointed.

the gym was quite good it offered a variety of equipment for a solid workout.

i had some issues the sink tap in the bathroom broke it caused a water leak i had to call maintenance to stop it the manager seemed unaware of the incident a day later. i requested a repair i needed to follow up with the management team i found the management side of things quite lacking for a hotel of this standard.
