the location was acceptable for attending an event.

the room was far too small making it difficult to move around. breakfast was disappointing with very few options, and the quality of food was poor. i would not recommend it.

The location was suitable for attending the trade show exhibitions.

The check-in process created a significant problem. The receptionist demanded physical IDs, even with digital copies and official UAE Pass access. This caused my partner to be denied entry and required an inconvenient trip home for the physical ID. The air conditioning was also very noisy throughout the night, made restful sleep difficult. loud maintenance occurred in the morning, so quiet was not possible.

The check-in process seemed very slow. I noticed a strange, dark atmosphere in the lobby. A strong humid smell was present in the room because no windows can open and the bathroom ventilation did not work. The shower was small causing water to fly everywhere and get on the shelves. The liquid soap dispenser was poor quality and hard to press. The toilet flush was loud, something I never heard in other hotels, orange liquid soap, loud toilet flush
