slow check-inhumid smell

The check-in process seemed very slow. I noticed a strange, dark atmosphere in the lobby. A strong humid smell was present in the room because no windows can open and the bathroom ventilation did not work. The shower was small causing water to fly everywhere and get on the shelves. The liquid soap dispenser was poor quality and hard to press. The toilet flush was loud, something I never heard in other hotels, orange liquid soap, loud toilet flush

the room wasn't properly cleaned upon my arrival i found strands of hair on the bathroom walls this was quite off-putting and significantly detracted from the experience
