soumya, the housekeeper, was good and always kept the room tidy. bedding and towels were always refreshed. she would always ask about my day and ensure i had everything i needed, her friendly service was standout. elisha, marina, and sally at the front desk were professional. they upgraded our rooms, and .

the private event at the hotel was noisy during our honeymoon staycation. it made it hard for us to sleep, and we had work in the morning. we asked for a room change, but the staff never called back to confirm.

the dinner buffet had a wide variety of international dishes. there was a grills section, a live station, and sushi available. the asian style chicken salad tasted great and was a real hit with my family.

the hotel has a beautiful private beach. a large selection of sunbeds and seated areas is available. the pool bar, beach bar, and bridges bar are great. the hotel is located centrally for tourists to access all attractions!

the room was looked super fresh with wonderful views. there was a large sized bathroom with a separate bath and rainfall shower! the room also included a coffee maker, fridge, safe, and bottles of water.

The reception manager upgraded us to a suite with centre front views of the sea and mosque. check-in was efficient, even the breakfast and concierge staff were accommodating. The front office team was great! some of the staff tried to understand our situation.

friendly staffroom upgrade

During my week-long stay, the hotel exceeded my expectations. The staff was very friendly and provided excellent service. The dining options were good, and the facilities were well-kept. Sofia assisted with check-in and check-out and actually surprised me with a complimentary room upgrade.
