an adequate stay overall

spacious rooms perfect service slow check-in staff shortage

i found the rooms to be quite spacious. the daily replenishment of bottled water was a nice touch. the italian restaurant stood out with its perfect service. the staff at the poolside bar were also quite friendly, offering useful advice.

the check-in process was quite slow, often taking over 30 minutes. this created noticeable queues and some frustration among guests. breakfast seemed somewhat mediocre.
