attentive staff clean room
The staff was attentive. The facilities suited all ages from toddlers to grandparents. I appreciated the outdoor pool being heated! The rooms were spacious and clean.

poor ev chargers cold room
.!! The hotel has a touch of luxury.
The EV chargers REALLY are poor. They haven't been upgraded in YEARS!!! Parking near them is a nightmare when it's busy. A fan on top of the kitchen is awful. It's noisy in nearby rooms. Though my room was refurbished, it was VERY cold. Only one radiator warmed the large space.

cosy atmosphere king sized bed good storage
The architecture and surroundings appear beautiful. Our room was one of the renovated courtyard rooms. it was like home with a super cosy and comfy atmosphere. a comfy king-sized bed was upstairs, and downstairs there was a nice sofa, tv, study area and good storage space. i loved the bathroom.
I had a very poor carvery. Only the vegetables included dry carrots and cauliflower cheese covered in fat. the gravy tasted very salty. the vegetarian option for my son was a sloppy spinach tart.

the hotel provides recreation facilities for adults and children. i saw various options, suitable for different age groups. the pool had convenient timings for families and offered a clean and inviting atmosphere.

the staff demonstrated helpfulness at all times. every request received prompt attention with nothing proving too difficult. i noticed that the reception staff readily described the route to the room on arrival. staff greeted guests with a smile.
