inconvenient servicing basic amenities
the location was acceptable and it was easy to get around from there
i found the room servicing inconvenient it always happened between 4 and 6 pm that meant my room was not serviced at all also i thought lacking basic amenities like tea and coffee without extra charge was cheap for this price range

Acceptable stay with some drawbacks
central location wonderful staff room servicing guest needs
The location is central. The interior design is beautiful (i enjoyed the art). The staff are wonderful. They seemed to genuinely care about my experience.
There were no tea or coffee facilities in the room unless i wanted to pay extra. I had to ring reception for pretty much everything. Room servicing happened between 4-6pm each day, inconvenient and meant no servicing (it was a bit odd). I expected better anticipation of guest needs.

poorly stocked limited selection
the breakfast included was acceptable and offered a good start to the day.
The minibar was a let down. It was poorly stocked. i expected more given the hotel's reputation. the selection felt limited and not very appealing.

FABULOUS decor, excellent service!
vibrant decor attentive service cute staff
I just HAD the most wonderful experience. I loved the vibrant and stylish decor. Dinner at Refuel was a delight, the service attentive (seriously, the BEST!). The staff were cute throughout my stay.
I did find that having to ring reception for pretty much everything wasn't ideal.

The room finishes and fabrics were very stylish, everything looked gorgeous. The bed was super comfortable, i had a restful nights sleep. The bathroom was high quality, stocked with excellent products.

the location proved convenient. i found all staff had a special way to deal with guests with attention to our needs. my room was well decorated with an original touch of design.
the room was fine, but nothing special. there were no tea or coffee facilities in the room unless i paid an extra fee! i had to ring reception for pretty much everything.

Wonderful Stay in Prime Location
prime location attentive staff suite upgrade
The location allowed easy exploration. The staff was attentive (especially at breakfast). I received a lovely surprise upgrade to a suite. The hotel's interior design impressed me with its vibrant, cosy style.
The room lacked tea and coffee facilities, unless I paid an extra fee each day, which i found inconvenient.

Every staff member I encountered was attentive and helpful. The concierge team offered recommendations and transportation tips. Housekeeping kept all areas, like the rooms and lobby, super clean (i thought this was really important).

spacious suite beverage selection thoughtful gifts helpful staff
the suite was quite spacious and beautifully appointed. the mini bar offered a good selection of beverages and snacks. i found several thoughtful gifts left for children, a very nice touch. the staff were consistently kind and helpful.
the gym, while well-equipped, is somewhat small.

the hotel is situated perfectly for exploring on foot. it provides easy access to the city center. getting around to various attractions is quite convenient, and the surrounding area is vibrant and full of activity.

The breakfast selection was amazing, exceeding expectations. i was happy with the credit provided daily as it was more than sufficient per person. the cocktails were also a highlight. I found them expertly crafted and very enjoyable.

the design and decor of the rooms were very appealing and well-kept. the rooms were nice and neat, i noted that the linens were of high quality. i also found the room size appropriate for a relaxed stay.
