The location is central. The interior design is beautiful (i enjoyed the art). The staff are wonderful. They seemed to genuinely care about my experience.
There were no tea or coffee facilities in the room unless i wanted to pay extra. I had to ring reception for pretty much everything. Room servicing happened between 4-6pm each day, inconvenient and meant no servicing (it was a bit odd). I expected better anticipation of guest needs.

I just HAD the most wonderful experience. I loved the vibrant and stylish decor. Dinner at Refuel was a delight, the service attentive (seriously, the BEST!). The staff were cute throughout my stay.
I did find that having to ring reception for pretty much everything wasn't ideal.

The location allowed easy exploration. The staff was attentive (especially at breakfast). I received a lovely surprise upgrade to a suite. The hotel's interior design impressed me with its vibrant, cosy style.
