The hotel grounds are beautiful. It has lovely decorations in the courtyard.
My room was not clean to the standard I expected. The curtains were filthy. The rooms are only serviced every three days. I had to request clean towels . The staff seemed to prioritize members, and the service for non-members felt poor.

The room was spacious enough for my needs .
The bathroom lacked a minibar. I found the housekeeping service was only every three days which seemed infrequent. I also noticed the absence of bathrobes for pool access. Guests have to change at the sports club and use the towels provided there.

The reception staff proved excellent , and they were very helpful. The bed comfort was amazing. Breakfast is buffet style , and it was fabulous.
The conditioner had ran out , which was inconvenient. I noticed a few coffee splashes on the kettle. I saw minor marks on the soft chair.

the grounds were beautiful, and that was a plus.
The room was not properly cleaned. There was thick dust. the curtains were ripped. staff offered an apology, but the room was still not cleaned upon our return from a concert. It was disappointing, especially at that price point. the breakfast buffet had lukewarm food and incorrect labels. it was not up to a 4-star standard, i think.

I enjoyed the well-equipped gym. It had a good selection of machines (I used the treadmill every day!). The staff were friendly and helpful. Anna, especially.
My room did not have air conditioning. This made it a bit uncomfortable at times (especially during the day). I found the lighting in the room to be poor, a severe lack of electrical plug-in locations was frustrating.
