amazing central gem!
helpful staff super clean room charming area
The staff were so helpful with directions. the room named 'suite city view private bathroom' was super clean! i loved the functional kitchen. I could grab tea anytime. the outdoor sitting area was really charming!
the stairs were a bit much, but that's all!

breakfast was served directly to my room, i enjoyed the juice they had! there were also gluten-free options. the cappuccino was the best, and i am excited i tried it!

the residence was very clean, this is an important fact! there was a well-equipped kitchen available. it had homemade biscuits, also a nice touch, and the shared terrace was perfect for morning coffee.

the location was super convenient. all main sites are within walking distance. the b&b is near great restaurants and coffee shops, and ponte vecchio is very close by!

The location is very convenient. It is close to the Ponte Vecchio. My room was spacious. It had a great view of the river.
The bathroom was not inside the room. This detail requires clarification. The air conditioning did not work properly. The temperature outside matched the inside.

faulty air conditioning inconvenient bathroom
The air conditioning was really struggling. it barely cooled the room, and given how hot it was outside, this. also, i found that the external private bathroom wasn't as convenient as i'd hoped. Having to walk down the hall each time was a bit of a nuisance. the website description should state this clearly!!!

adequate but flawed
faulty air conditioning external bathroom
the room was tidy and provided a decent base for exploring.
the air conditioning barely functioned it was like sleeping in an oven despite assurances the room was air-conditioned. also the bathroom was not inside the room i had to walk down the hall wearing just my pyjamas it was a bit awkward.

Acceptable Experience
convenient location breakfast options spacious room bad air conditioning high temperature external bathroom
The location offered convenient access to attractions. It was a short walk to Ponte alle Grazie. The hosts provided great breakfast options. The room was spacious (I stayed in the city view room).
Air conditioning did not function well. The temperature outside was very high. My room did not stay cool. The bathroom was not inside the room (I had to go out to use it).
