I found dirty dishes at breakfast and was seated at a dirty table. The staff gave no information regarding cappuccino or hot chocolate orders. The area around the building is also not very nice.

The blackout curtains in the room were great. They helped me sleep well.
The rooms are poorly soundproofed and i could hear every conversation in the corridors. starting at 7am, it became impossible to sleep because of constant slamming doors. I think it was the cleaning staff. my room faced other rooms and an algae-covered rooftop, not the advertised 'city view'.

The location was central to everything. the staff were really friendly. my double room balcony was excellent. It offered fine views and high-quality facilities. i would definitely visit again and highly recommend it.
during breakfast, i saw people with jackets because of the strong air conditioning. also, some buffet foods were nearly frozen. i suggest letting them return to room temperature before serving.
