friendly staff coffee making excellent breakfast hot room hotter bed full radiator
the staff was so friendly! they were also helpful. the room had everything i needed, including tea and coffee. breakfast had an excellent choice of both continental and cooked options, and there was plenty of it.
The room was too hot! the bed was also far too hot. the fan in the room wasn't enough to cool it down on a hot summer's day. the radiator in the wet room bathroom was on full. It made the room even hotter.

A good stay!
clean room friendly staff high-quality products bottled water
The room was clean, and the staff were wonderfully friendly. Breakfast was a highlight, with beautifully presented food and high-quality products. They cooked everything to perfection, and the staff did not hesitate to help.. complimentary bottled water was a nice touch.
The room was rather small. It made it slightly difficult to move around the bed, though i managed ok.

The staff were friendly, professional and very attentive. From reception to housekeeping, everyone was helpful. They promptly dealt with any issues i had.. i felt very welcome there.

Acceptable stay, with some ISSUES
small room poor quality food
Parking was available outside the hotel, convenient.
The room felt quite small. It WAS difficult to move around the bed. The food also did not seem worth the price. The main dish WAS of poor quality. However , the vegetables and chips WERE good and well cooked.
