I found the staff particularly helpful! they arranged a taxi to a nearby vineyard, which really simplified my travel. my room also had a convenient fridge stocked with fresh milk. That was a nice touch .
During checkout, i noticed a service charge added to both my meal and room, totaling £27.62. This felt unexpected since i had already left a cash tip after the meal. i wish this charge was communicated more clearly beforehand.

the staff was very friendly and helpful , assisting with all our needs. our room was comfortable with a lovely ensuite. the evening meal was good , and the breakfast was also very nice. all of this.
i found a very slight layer of dust in some less visible areas of the room , it was barely noticeable , but i thought i should mention it.

the staff was really friendly and helpful and were able to tell me about the hotels history. the room i stayed in was spacious with a sofa. breakfast was excellent especially the cooked options, it was delicious.
some of the wall lights in the room was very dim, making it difficult to see well.
