slow bar service chromecast malfunction
The rooftop bar service was slow. it took an unreasonable amount of time to get someone's attention, even when it wasn't particularly busy. the advertised chromecast service in the room did not function properly, quite disappointing. I expected more from a hotel of this supposed caliber, the chromecast malfunction marred the experience.

The breakfast offered many choices. I enjoyed fresh fruit, pastries, and hot dishes daily. The staff were kind and efficient too! The rooftop bar was fun. It was nice after dinner and shopping each evening. Mauricio from the spa gave me a wonderful massage. I highly recommend it.

warm hospitality lovely touch great location
the location was great, offering both tranquility and convenience. the staff's warm hospitality enhanced my stay. i particularly enjoyed the complimentary champagne upon arrival, a lovely touch that set a cute tone.
the division between room balconies was rather low, diminishing privacy.

The location was acceptable because it was right across from the beach. It also had beach chairs and a small restaurant there.
I was billed for parking when I didn't expect it. The personnel took my car and placed it in the parking lot. I was not told about a parking fee.
