The beds were very comfortable. Rooms and the hotel in general were very clean and luxurious. good service came from the staff.

the hotel reception is not situated at the ground level and is a bit tricky to find! it requires guests to enter the building and go up to a higher level to check-in.

The location offers GREAT convenience for public transportation. My room was impeccably clean every day and the staff demonstrated really good kindness. The corner room provided ample space and featured FANTASTIC views. I am so grateful!

The hotel's inflexibility and 'can't do' attitude was somewhat of a problem. I observed that breakfast was not up to par, prompting me to dine elsewhere despite having already paid for it.
