The reception staff provided support during my ankle injury. I found the late check-out fee worthwhile. The room offered ample space and total comfort. Its peaceful ambiance allowed rest after exploring busier areas.
The hotel stay lacked in some areas, needing Improvement. there was no option for clothes cleaning. Instead, i was directed to self-service machines. this aspect detracted a little from the overall stay.

Our Superior Queen Room included individual climate control for personalized comfort, and it featured a modern sound system. The bathroom had a rainfall shower, a large sink and premium toiletries. This added elegance, and convenience.

i had such a smooth experience from start to finish! the cleaning staff were amazing. the front desk staff were helpful and knowledgeable, i found the location perfect near great food and activities, easily walkable or a quick taxi ride away. i loved the convenience!
the lobby felt a bit trashy, there were always families eating and kids running around, it was often crowded and not very appealing.

The hotel provides a really good breakfast. Different main courses are available, so you can change them every day. the variety and quality of food were satisfying, it was a true discovery for the palate.

The room felt smaller than advertised, a bit of a squeeze, actually. i also found the lack of storage annoying. There wasn't even a proper closet. breakfast wasn't a buffet. The limited choices got old fast.

The hotel smelled like fresh flowers upon entry. All the amenities were high quality and abundantly provided. My room was spacious and clean as new. I found the welcome teddy bear for my child to be a good bonus.
I found the hotel to be a 15-minute walk to the nearby subway stations. I also noted that there are not many shops of interest nearby.
