the breakfast buffet was acceptable with a decent selection of food.

The room had a strange, unpleasant smell. it resembled a mix of old dust and foot odor. the water pressure in the shower was also disappointingly weak. I could barely rinse my hair.

Mount fuji views were right outside! i saw them even on gloomy days! i caught a fine hour-long glimpse of the mountain despite the clouds. the self-automated convenience shop in the lobby was so handy. I grabbed snacks anytime i needed them.

the water stream in the shower was very weak, though it wasn't a major problem.

The hotel has direct access to fuji q land playground, great. There is also free access to the onsen! i also appreciated that it offered free shuttle buses from and to kawaguchiko station, a really nice touch.

The staff was helpful. I found them fantastic. They really helped me! they offer earlier access to the park if you stay here. I thought this was a great perk, very thoughtful.

The hotel is right next to a bus stop, so getting around was easy. there are also convenience stores nearby. I found this very useful! the location is definitely a plus. I could easily explore the area.
