SUPERB stay near Shinagawa!

I appreciated the limousine bus service directly to Narita airport. The staff spoke English WELL. I was happy my room was spacious with a large bathroom.

mixed feelings about this stay
outdated roomlong walk
the room seemed a bit old. the bathroom looked like it needed updates and wasn't very big. also, finding the hotel was difficult since it was behind other hotels with similar names. it was a long walk uphill from the station, which wasn't fun with luggage.

The staff was very friendly and spoke good english. I appreciated that. the public areas of the hotel such as the lobby, the garden, and the restaurants are very nice. a 7-eleven is in the hotel lobby, this made it convenient to get something quick to snack on.
I could not control the ac in the room. seasonally they offer either heat or cooling, but not both. It was not ideal. if it's a warm day in the fall, you cannot cool your room. the rate we paid was high for the offering.
