the staff IS friendly and helpful. i liked being able to check the status of the laundry from the tv. the donuts in the evening tasted VERY good.
the bed felt very soft and was against the wall. this was a problem for me.

The room featured a well-equipped bathroom with a separate wet room. This space contained both the bath and shower. I found a nice food selection in the lounge for breakfast. The hotel maintained a very clean environment throughout my stay.
The staff did not readily assist with heavy luggage. As a result, navigating with bags was difficult. This affected the overall convenience.

The lounge offered a variety of breakfast options, including both Western and Japanese dishes. Everything was fresh and well-prepared. I especially enjoyed the selection of pastries and the availability of fresh fruit juices. The coffee machine made excellent espresso.

this hotel is near shinagawa station, so getting around was easy!!! the afternoon drink and snack were very appreciated after sightseeing. they even provided seating for hanging out with friends after dinner, a very nice touch!!!
the hotel is on the main road, so i did hear some cars and motorcycles.

The bathroom was excellent. I liked its modern traditional style and the complimentary bath powder it included. The breakfast buffet offered a nice variety of foods.
The hotel is not ideally located for sightseeing. The area had few restaurants. I noticed a lack of stores. The hotel also lacks a full restaurant.
