a decent stay near the gateway station
polite staff clean room faulty wifi bathroom hair
the hotel is not far from takanawa gateway station. i found a new mall nearby that offered good dining. the room was clean, and the staff were very polite to me.
this information was available in the publication, but i couldn't find any. also, i noticed some hairs in the bathroom and the wifi did not work at all.

the room was clean and functional. in-room toiletries plus water/tea and coffee were provided daily.

an okay hotel stay
helpful staff evening donuts
the staff IS friendly and helpful. i liked being able to check the status of the laundry from the tv. the donuts in the evening tasted VERY good.
the bed felt very soft and was against the wall. this was a problem for me.

Really good Stay Experience
separate wet room food selection clean environment
The room featured a well-equipped bathroom with a separate wet room. This space contained both the bath and shower. I found a nice food selection in the lounge for breakfast. The hotel maintained a very clean environment throughout my stay.
The staff did not readily assist with heavy luggage. As a result, navigating with bags was difficult. This affected the overall convenience.

The lounge offered a variety of breakfast options, including both Western and Japanese dishes. Everything was fresh and well-prepared. I especially enjoyed the selection of pastries and the availability of fresh fruit juices. The coffee machine made excellent espresso.

afternoon drink nice touch
this hotel is near shinagawa station, so getting around was easy!!! the afternoon drink and snack were very appreciated after sightseeing. they even provided seating for hanging out with friends after dinner, a very nice touch!!!
the hotel is on the main road, so i did hear some cars and motorcycles.

A reasonable stay
modern traditional bathroom bath powder few restaurants missing restaurant
The bathroom was excellent. I liked its modern traditional style and the complimentary bath powder it included. The breakfast buffet offered a nice variety of foods.
The hotel is not ideally located for sightseeing. The area had few restaurants. I noticed a lack of stores. The hotel also lacks a full restaurant.

the hotel was clean the bathroom was larger than most we experience here
the location is not close enough to the station i expected a shorter walk the room was smaller than i thought it would be there are very limited restaurant options nearby
