the hotel had AMAZING staff they were very helpful. the hotel matched the pictures i saw online, even better than i expected. its location was a short walk from the boat dock and ropeway. i enjoyed the ease of accessing nearby attractions from the hotel.

The room was spacious. It was also VERY clean. the bath was amazing, which helped. the overall vibe was pleasant. I really enjoyed my stay here.
the lobby and the view it offered were lovely. my open-air private onsen was good and the view from the room was lovely. my husband really enjoyed the available sashimi.
the beds just moved easily. the mattress and the bed frame are light enough to be moved easily. the buffet breakfast and dinner spread is limited.
