I found the bed very comfortable. also, the blackout curtains were excellent. They really made a difference in keeping the room dark. it was nice to have tea and coffee available in the hallway.

the air conditioning wasn't working properly, and it made my room very warm. i also didn't like that the bathroom looked old.

The location was close to the main station making travel very easy. the bed was comfy and clean, i appreciated that. friendly staff were always available. I would stay again.

the tv in the room seemed a little old.

The hotel had convenient luggage storage before check-in, a really useful service. there was also an elevator requiring a room key for access. This added security. i noticed vending machines providing refreshments were available.

The location is very convenient near the main station. The staff was consistently friendly and helpful. Breakfast offered a great buffet with many options. My room was spacious and also quiet. The beds were super comfortable. The hotel offered good value. The room was clean. I found the staff to be approachable. The bar downstairs was good.

the hotel is close to the main railway station, this made getting around easy. the staff were so cute, and i found the coffee and tea corner on each level really nice. it have hot water whenever i needed it.

the room i got was small, this wasn't what i expected. also, there wasn't a fridge in the room, i thinked this was inconvenience.

I was surprised that housekeeping was only done every third day. I thought it was unacceptable for the price. The staff also didn't greet guests when they entered or left the hotel. Honestly, I found this unusual for a four-star hotel.
