The breakfast service was perfect. The staff was attentive. Baran consistently checked in to refill my fresh orange juice. The culinary offerings were superb. A wide variety of high-quality dishes satisfied every palate. The food was AMAZING!!!
Unfortunately, the location is not wonderful. The closest metro takes a while to reach.

The staff provided excellent customer service. They were helpful and courteous! The breakfast was delicious with much food to choose from. Fresh juices are amazing. The breakfast staff were great and very attentive.

The hotel includes both outdoor and indoor pools. I used them both and found them excellent. The spa facilities are excellent, and the lobby lounge provides comfortable seating. There is also a parking lot.

The room I stayed in was excellent. It was clean, comfortable, and spacious. The city view from the room was amazing. Servicing and facility management were responsive and tactful when I made requests.

The breakfast were delicious and had much various options. I liked indoor pool, changing rooms is very good. The gym were equipped very well.
The procedure were excessive. I needed put my bags through a x-ray machine. The room feels uncomfortably cold, and the heating only warms a part from the room. I was aksed a deposit at check-in, even I made a full payment in advance.
