Lovely Views and Relaxing Onsen Experience
outdoor pool fresh sushi easy access
I found the onsen relaxing. The views of Mount Fuji from the outdoor pool were fine. The buffet offered many delicious choices. I enjoyed the fresh sushi. I appreciated the convenience of a short walk to the Ubako Rope Car station. This gave easy access to Lake Ashi.

The buffet featured both Japanese and Western options. Many choices are available. Freshly prepared sushi was included. It was a highlight. The quality of the food was good, im sure everybody will find something to enjoy.

The room had yukata. These were casual kimonos for breakfast and dinner. A futon on the floor ensured a good night's sleep. I secured a Japanese-style room. The experience was authentic and enjoyable.

The hotel was difficult to reach. The bus journey took ages and was overcrowded. the food options were limited, especially at lunchtime, and there wasn't anywhere nearby to grab a bite. the hotel seems stuck in some previous decade, it's not what i expected. The hotel was a bit sad, really.

Excellent Stay with Lovely Views
beautiful onsen large selection helpful staff
The onsen facilities were beautiful. The hotel offers a buffet for both breakfast and dinner with a large selection of food. The staff was helpful and could communicate in English very well.
The guest laundry had only two machines for the entire hotel.

fuji views and great onsen
onsite onsen great facilities large selection
i appreciated the onsite onsen. it had great facilities. the buffet offered a wonderful large selection! our room included a view of mount fuji.
the location was quite hard to reach from the main station. it took over one hour by bus from odawara station. the hakone free pass did not cover this bus route, so i had to pay separately by cash.
