The location was great. It was right next to the Albert Cuyp market. The hotel offered cleanliness. A Spar store was conveniently located next door.

The bed was quite uncomfortable , and the pillows offered little support , , made it difficult to get a good night's sleep. I also found the noise levels disruptive . I could hear other guests talking and doors slamming at various hours. This.

The staff was very helpful and warm. Brian and Alexandra were very helpful . The staff in the breakfast room was also very good.
The pillows were very uncomfortable and large. Different ones were unavailable. There were no shower caps available in the bathroom. I found these omissions rather inconvenient.

The hotel is near the tram stop and a comfortable walk to the city center. I found the reception staff very helpful. The room was clean, and I appreciated the tea and coffee machine downstairs. There was also a handy water dispenser in the lobby, which I thought was a great TOUCH!!!
The bathroom design could be improved. The floor, including the area outside the shower, got wet when the shower was used. It wasn't a HUGE issue, but something to note.

The room was well-arranged, quiet, clean, and comfortable. It was also adequately spacious for my needs. I found the room temperature to be pleasant, and I had no trouble sleeping due to outside noise, which I appreciated.

The location is EXCELLENT, with easy access to transport options. A tram line stops within a few minutes walk, great for quick travel to the Central Station. The hotel is located close to many tourist attractions.

The hotel provides complimentary tea and coffee downstairs. This is a welcome addition . A water dispenser is available in the lobby. This allows guests to refill their water bottles. The hotel provides daily housekeeping.

Breakfast offered a good variety of choices, and the staff accommodated dietary needs. The kitchen staff addressed my restricted diet VERY nicely. I REALLY appreciated the level of service.
