Great Stay in a Central Location

The hotel assisted with a surprise meeting with a relative. I found the location very good. The airport bus was just around the corner, and all amenities were easily accessible. The staff were very accommodating and ready to help with requests.
I noticed multiple cracks and repair marks on the walls in my room. There was also mold inside the shower, quite concerning. The room was also quite untidy overall.

The staff was amazing. They were kind, caring, and attentive to all needs. If there was an issue with the bath, the staff quickly took care of it. The staff was very efficient.

The room had many things to offer, more than I expected. The room was very big, with a walking closet and two showers. I enjoyed the bathtub with jacuzzi jets in the room.

the location was good, close to the art museums and vondel park. it was an easy walk to restaurants and shops. the staff was helpful and accommodating.
the shower cabin was not working as expected , no water came from the shower handle. i reported this to the front desk every day , but it was not resolved. no housekeeping was done in my room .
