The staff are friendly, and the hotel is very clean. The breakfast offers many choices.
The room I got was near the elevator. I heard it constantly, also people walking by. Management took no responsibility for my bad experience. This made it one of the worst hotel stays ever.

Our time there was wonderful. The room boasted a good pool view. Breakfast impressed us.. particularly the fresh pastries and extensive selection. A quick stroll led us to nearby shops and restaurants. The location was ideal.
I found the evening meal setup a little inconvenient. Instead of the large buffet, there was now a small buffet accompanied by table service for main courses. This change limited our dining options one evening.

The staff were very friendly, always ready to assist with directions and information about local attractions. Their genuine kindness enhanced our experience. The reception area offered quick check-in and attentive support throughout our stay.

The pool area provided ample sunbeds and parasols, facilitating relaxation throughout the day. The gym featured modern equipment, including several treadmills and stationary bikes, great for effective workouts. The hotel also included a spa area.

The breakfast had a lot of choices, and the staff were friendly.
The shower tray seemed grubby with marks on it.. I tried to rub them off myself, but I could not. The floor covering in the room was also lifting slightly. The sunbeds on the balance terrace were ripped and broken.
