I booked a preferred club double room with an ocean view. we stayed on the ninth floor, and the view was beautiful. I couldn't have asked for anything better. the preferred club upgrade proved to be a valuable addition, providing us with access to the lounge that had complimentary snacks and drinks most afternoons. it definitely saved some money on drinks.
the sunbeds were often fully reserved throughout the day. without access to the bali beds (thank goodness!), we wouldn't have been able to sit outside. it.

the preferred club double room included sun loungers on the terrace and a table with chairs for enjoying the ocean view. the room had enough space and was clean (which is always a big plus for me).

the hotel has a well-equipped gym, offering various activities and equipment for those who wish to stay active. i noticed the pool area features a heated pool designed for swimming and water aerobics, with a nice balance for different preferences.

the staff was attentive, providing service that was awesome at all times. breakfast included many options with plenty of choice, including fresh fruit and warm dishes (especially the pastries!).

the breakfast was great with varied options. the staff cleaned the room while i was at breakfast (that helped with time management).
i noticed that the pool area got quite crowded at times (especially during peak hours).

The hotel location is ideal , near many restaurants and shops. I felt safe within the hotel environs during my solo travel. A supermarket is across the street from the hotel.
The pool area was beautiful , but there were not enough sunbeds , and they were closely packed.
