tranquil moments
cleanliness level ironed sheets great comfort
the room was clean with crisp ironed sheets it had recently been refurbished creating a fresh atmosphere i found the wide bed provided great comfort ensuring a restful sleep the refurbished room was a haven of cleanliness.
wifi access proved unreliable within my room i had to relocate to the bar area to complete necessary work tasks a chair was also absent from the room initially. i requested one to facilitate desk use.

friendly staff comfortable bed noisy guests lack of privacy
The staff at the restaurant were very friendly. Breakfast was AMAZING!!! The bed was also very comfortable. I also liked the free parking.
The hotel hosted a wedding. It was very noisy. I was woken twice during the night by noisy guests. It sounded like they were in the room with me. I found the lack of privacy between rooms scary.

rude cleaners thin walls
the size of the television was acceptable. i suppose the indoor cupboard worked fine. the shower existed.
the cleaning staff seemed to operate in their own world. i asked for a slightly later checkout, but a cleaner showed up early anyway. then, they threw away some cheese i left in the fridge. plus, i could hear everything through the walls like my neighbors midnight phone calls and toilet habits.

convenient location immediate comfort pristine space
the location proved conveniently close to family. check-in flowed seamlessly, offering immediate comfort. i found the executive room spacious and well-appointed. housekeeping ensured our space remained pristine, with fresh towels delivered like soft whispers.
the hot breakfast buffet items were a bit lukewarm, a subtle chill against the otherwise warm embrace of the morning. it was disappointing, a minor discord in an otherwise harmonious stay.

The reception staff were super friendly and helpful. Check-in was easy. the room felt modern and wonderful! i loved having coffee and water right there in the room. i grabbed a quick meal in the restaurant. It was fresh and the service was great!
i noticed the pool and spa facilities were not available.
