the room was very clean.

I stayed in room 327. hot water in the sink was not working. I politely requested the reception staff check it. on the second day, the problem persisted. i sent an email via expedia as the issue remained unresolved.

The shower did not work during my entire stay. I informed the receptionist as I left. All I received was a thank you for the feedback. That resolution was unacceptable. I expect a functional shower.

Fantastic Stay Experience!

Check-in was quick, and I found the staff very friendly. The room was lovely. The housekeeping team was quite helpful . I took advantage of the fitness center. It has the basic equipment needed for a quick workout.

The air conditioning made a screeching sound. I turned it off and opened the window for air. Roadworks outside started early and were very noisy.

Staff members were helpful from the start. Alex was good at check-in and provided extra information about the hotel and the surrounding area. Raluca oversaw the dining room with a friendly attitude.
