the room was super clean with a kitchen. it included dishes, pots, tea, and coffee. the bed was great and cozy. (i really enjoyed my coffee every morning).
the staff were not friendly with communicating. i asked for help with my bags. they did not offer any help with them to the room, even after i asked for help. i feel this is the bare minimum of service.

The room was well equipped with everything I needed.
I found the location less than ideal. The surrounding area seemed primarily business-oriented and lacked character. The room also had a lingering stale smell, particularly noticeable in the small, windowless bathroom.

the location suited me well. it was very close to the train station, so travel was simple. i also found several shops and restaurants nearby, convenient..
The staff was not consistently helpful. i encountered an issue with the room cleaning schedule, it wasn't clear. also, the roof deck permitted smoking. I found this detracted from the experience.
