a charmed stay
lovely buffet double bathtub friendly staff
The breakfast was a lovely buffet. it had options to sit in the garden. The library, or the main restaurant. all rooms include a double rolltop bathtub! the staff were friendly and polite. They were also well-spoken.

Excellent Stay with Attentive Staff

This hotel has spa and gym facilities. The gym features good machines (though it opens at 9:00 AM), ideal for a workout. Breakfast included a great selection. The staff were very friendly and accommodating to all requests.
I noticed the shower water was not consistently hot.

The hotel is located in a beautiful residential area, a little outside the busy center. I found many restaurants and cafes nearby and a nice park (perfect for a stroll). The center is about a 20-minute walk.

I found the staff really good and very attentive. Zuzana assisted me and was very helpful . The gentleman who leads the breakfast area was kind and watchful, paying attention to customer details.

The rooms were thoughtfully laid out and quiet. The room cleanliness was excellent, and the housekeeping team created towel art daily (a very nice touch!). The bed provided good comfort.

quiet location clean room
i stayed in the executive double or twin room. the room was very clean. i also liked the quiet location of the hotel, near the center and shops.
the gym equipment looked a little old.
