the staff were kind always. food was great in all restaurants. luther, the bell hop, was really good always greeted me. the hotel was safe to walk around, it felt cute.

no coffee cups was present in my room. there was no cutlery there too. the room seemed basic. it was not what i expected.

the room included a king bed. it also had a balcony with city views. the fitness center was well equipped. i noticed treadmills and stationary bikes there.

the windows were not perfectly clean. this. it was minor though.

the location is central i could easily walk to many attractions. the room had a comfortable king size bed i slept well. staff at the front desk offered quick assistance with directions and local information. the hotel had a well equipped fitness centre with several machines.

the in room coffee machine was not working properly it took multiple attempts to brew a single cup.

the hotel breakfast buffet offered a variety of choices including fresh fruit pastries and hot dishes. there were gluten free options available as well as a selection of teas and juices. the dining area provided ample seating with large windows offering city views.
