efficient service clean room convenient access

My stay involved efficient service and a clean room. the hotel provided convenient access to nearby restaurants and shops. burrard train station is across the street. It made transportation simple. i found these features highly satisfactory.

the hotel pricing seemed a bit high, especially when compared to local opinions.

superb location easy walk quick transportation

The hotel's location was superb for sightseeing. Many restaurants were within easy walking distance. The sky train station nearby provided quick transportation to various attractions.

The room décor looked a bit dated.

Staff was courteous from arrival. They promptly answered my questions. They assisted me with directions. Checkout was quick, and taxi service was prompt. This created an overall feeling that they enjoy helping guests.

The room was a King Room. It had a balcony. The Wi-Fi worked fast, and the staff seemed very nice. I saw two bottles of Canadian water, that was a nice touch!

I found the walls seemed very thin, and I could hear some noise from other rooms at night.

kind staff excellent food cute hotel missing coffee cups missing cutlery basic room

the staff were kind always. food was great in all restaurants. luther, the bell hop, was really good always greeted me. the hotel was safe to walk around, it felt cute.

no coffee cups was present in my room. there was no cutlery there too. the room seemed basic. it was not what i expected.

The location allowed easy access to the skytrain. Many restaurants were only a short walk away. The large screen TV in the room was a welcome addition!!!

central location comfortable bed quick assistance

the location is central i could easily walk to many attractions. the room had a comfortable king size bed i slept well. staff at the front desk offered quick assistance with directions and local information. the hotel had a well equipped fitness centre with several machines.

the in room coffee machine was not working properly it took multiple attempts to brew a single cup.

the hotel breakfast buffet offered a variety of choices including fresh fruit pastries and hot dishes. there were gluten free options available as well as a selection of teas and juices. the dining area provided ample seating with large windows offering city views.
