excellent stay

helpful staffcaring attitudeperfect suggestion
the staff at the bell man desk was helpful. he took time with my husband and i when we asked about restaurants nearby. he cared about the kind of food we wanted, a seafood place within walking distance. his suggestion worked perfectly.
I found the service a bit inconsistent. During two days our room service tray sat in the hallway.

This hotel is close to canada place, right next to flyover canada. The breakfast spot has mountain and sea views. it is located near the waterfront station, a major public transport hub. that area is ideal for access to attractions.

The room had a large television. There were plenty of outlets available for charging devices. the bed included several pillows, offering many choices. the rooms include good work spaces. the rooms have a modern feel.

the gym access runs from 6 am to 10 pm and it has good equipment. i swam in the pool. i enjoyed the hot tub too. the hotel offered a great coffee in the room.
