disorganized valet lukewarm tub
I must say, i was quite let down by a few things . the valet service felt disorganized. i often waited longer than expected, and once, they even brought the wrong car! the hot tub situation was also a disappointment. It was barely lukewarm, and the staff couldn't seem to fix it properly. it's these details that really detracted from what should have been a seamless, luxurious experience.

convenient embarkation direct luggage fine panorama
the proximity to the cruise terminal made embarkation effortless. staff managed our luggage directly from our room to the ship, a significant convenience. our harbor view room offered a fine panorama of the water and surrounding cityscape, a romantic sight.
The bathroom lighting in the makeup area was somewhat dim. It could benefit from brighter illumination.

guest services ensured a smooth check-in, they upgraded us to a higher floor to provide an even better ocean view. ilgar, one of the bellhops, thoughtfully explained the luggage transfer process, easing our concerns.

the ada accessible room was well designed for wheelchair users. the attention to detail was apparent in making the rooms fully compliant. guest services were very accommodating and helpful. i appreciated the staff going above and beyond to ensure i had a nice stay
the elevators seemed slow for a busy hotel i waited a bit

excellent stay
helpful staff caring attitude perfect suggestion
the staff at the bell man desk was helpful. he took time with my husband and i when we asked about restaurants nearby. he cared about the kind of food we wanted, a seafood place within walking distance. his suggestion worked perfectly.
I found the service a bit inconsistent. During two days our room service tray sat in the hallway. the shower made a disturbing noise at night, and it sounded like the elevators.

This hotel is close to canada place, right next to flyover canada. The breakfast spot has mountain and sea views. it is located near the waterfront station, a major public transport hub. that area is ideal for access to attractions.

The room had a large television. There were plenty of outlets available for charging devices. the bed included several pillows, offering many choices. the rooms include good work spaces. the rooms have a modern feel.

the gym access runs from 6 am to 10 pm and it has good equipment. i swam in the pool. i enjoyed the hot tub too. the hotel offered a great coffee in the room.
