spacious room comfy bed helpful staff impatient person operational issues long time
the room was spacious and had a comfy bed! i slept very well. the location was also convenient and the spa was lovely. the staff in the bar were very helpful.
the person on reception seemed a little impatient though, at check-in. the hotel had a lot of operational issues i noticed. it took a long time to get anything sorted.

fantastic stay!
comfortable bedroom comfortable bed spacious bathroom thick towels
the room was spacious and comfortable. i had a beautiful double room. the bed was comfortable and i slept very well. a desk provided a good workspace, a settee allowed for relaxation and large thick towels.
the breakfast kitchen looked short-staffed at times.

the staff was friendly and polite. tom stood out with his really good service. i hope to see him again on my next visit and the reception staff were very cute.

the hotel offers a pool, a jacuzzi, a turkish steam bath, and a sauna. these features provide relaxation and recreation. the parking area is large enough to accommodate many vehicles, very useful.

breakfast included a good mix of continental and full english options. the granola at breakfast was superb!!! the food available in the bar was excellent quality, prepared with care and attention to detail.

charmed by the stay
helpful staff super clean room ample parking
the staff were helpful. the room was super clean. i like the bar and its prices are decent. plenty of parking exist and it is right next to the seafront. i am returning with friends.
the garden wanted more attention. i hope they fix it soon.

breakfast was excellent and had lots of choices. the staff were very friendly too. the breakfast catered for everyone from a full breakfast to fruit salad, i think anyone would find something.

the location is great. it is only 10 minutes' walk from the town centre. it is located right on the seafront. i think this is very convenient for getting around.
