soft towels modern tv
the towels felt very SOFT. the iron and board in the room allowed me to press my clothes easily. the modern tv offered a variety of channels for entertainment. high water pressure made showering efficient.
the night porter had A rude attitude.

shabby interior bathroom cleanliness
the location was ABSOLUTELY perfect for exploring the city center. it was so convenient.
I found some issues that affected my experience. the bedroom interior felt shabby, and it didn't feel fresh. i also noticed debris on the floor from previous guests which was unpleasant, and the bathroom cleanliness could improve.

superb city stay
convenient location sufficient choices
i found the location convenient, near shops. the staff were friendly. i appreciated that they allowed me to store my luggage after checkout as my flight was late. the breakfast selection offered sufficient choices.
the room felt noticeably cold. i suspect the heating system may not have been working optimally. this detracted from the otherwise comfortable experience.

the room was nicely decorated. it had comfortable beds. while being a queen room, it looked relatively small. i noticed that it lacked a mini-fridge and a safe.
