Excellent City Center Stay

I appreciated the friendly reception staff. They were pleasant. Breakfast service was good, and they looked after me well. It was a massive bonus that I could leave my bag for the next day since I had a late train.
I received an email the day before my arrival stating parking was £10. Upon arrival, I learned it was £20 and not managed by the hotel. The check-in process was very slow, with many guests queuing.
