i stayed in a nicely appointed room, it was quite the treat. the comfortable bed really was really nice, and i loved the duvet. i had free wi-fi, this was fantastic and kept me connected. i found very good food during the evening and at breakfast, i really enjoyed it.
i received my room in a separate building. i think they should mention this earlier. it was not ideal, and a little bit inconvenient. i really wish they had told me beforehand.

The staff was very friendly throughout my stay. I found breakfast to be of a high standard with many options. I was happy to see they accommodated changes to bookings quickly.
The air conditioning worked well in the communal areas, but it was not as effective in the bedroom.

I encountered a rather bothersome issue with the room's temperature control. The AC unit was quite ineffective. Despite several attempts to adjust it, the room remained uncomfortably warm throughout my stay. I must also address the limited variety of food choices available. The menu felt somewhat restricted.

the staff were friendly i guess a small consolation.
the food was shockingly bad it tasted like it came straight from a microwave. the room felt cramped even simple tasks like opening the wardrobe became a challenge because of the bedside table blocking the way. the slow wifi added to the frustration making it hard to even stream videos.

comfy bedlovely restaurantexcellent service
i really liked my room. it had good space and a very comfy, large bed helped me sleep well after my trip. the restaurant was lovely, and the three-course dinner deal seemed so good. customer service stood out to me.
the room felt little tired, not quite matching the quality of the bar area. skylights had dirt around the frame and the bathroom showed stained grouting.
