My room was very clean with a comfortable bed. Breakfast included a hot, fresh cooked option that tasted great. The location provided easy walking access to both main line railway stations. I found the staff to be very friendly and helpful throughout my stay.

a bit rough around the edges, i suppose

dirty carpetsmarked chair

the carpets really looked like they needed a good scrub. marks covered the carpets and the chair and settee weren't any better. it seemed a bit much for the price i paid. i certainly hope management addresses this soon. it would make a big difference i think.

the bed was comfortable enough. at least that part was fine.

the room was small. i found the lack of a refrigerator in the room inconvenient. also, there was no bidet next to the toilet. i expect these things to be standard in a hotel.
