i enjoyed the fast check-in and check-out. the rooftop pool was a nice little bonus, and i used it. the room was very clean, i like that. hyde park is right across the street, what a location!

the soundproofing isnt the best it could be, i hear some noise.

my check-in was delayed. i waited an hour and a half past the designated time for my room the coffee machine did not work. also the air conditioning did not maintain a cool temperature in the room.
