The staff was helpful. The hotel offered a complimentary breakfast buffet with fresh choices. High-speed Wi-Fi worked very well, and I liked the coffee and toiletries. The hotel is close to many bars with live music. I look forward to returning on my next visit.
The washbasin area in my bathroom was small. I didn't have enough space to put things.

the staff seemed helpful. the room was large and the bathroom had ample space. i appreciated that darling harbour was just a short walk away..
the coffee and tea facilities in the room were not as comprehensive as expected for the price point.

the ironing board was broken and i found no slippers.

I forgot some valuable things in the hotel room's desk. i contacted them about this, and they responded quickly. They were friendly. nothing was found though.
