the rooms were spacious. this was acceptable.
the floors on the stairs were very slippery. my wife fell, and there were no handrails to grab. some staff were rude and tried to change the rules about drinks. the entertainment was a mixed bag, with some acts being awful.

I liked the food selection. It accommodated my gluten intolerance very well. staff addressed food allergies and intolerances with competence. I appreciate this. the hotel has an adults-only area on the roof named up. It has an infinity pool, hot tub, snacks and drinks.
Getting drinks often involved long waits in queues. This was particularly noticeable on new year's eve. only two bartenders were working. This led to considerable delays . i hope there can be improvements to reduce these waiting times.

The reception staff members were friendly and very helpful. They cleaned the room to a high standard daily. every request was handled with charm and attention. This enhanced my overall experience greatly.

the infinity pool at up. felt so dreamy. always, i found comfortable sun-beds available, and the cocktails tasted divine. the sunset a la carte meal was romantic with a singer performing beautiful songs. valerie and andres enhanced our relaxing stay with their kindness. i savored moments in the main restaurant, where the food was varied. and the up lounge was always full of treats!
during the evenings, the clearing of tables sometimes felt a little slow, but this was a minor detail!
