lovely north bay stay

the hotel has a little bar area plus a dining area guests can use i took food to eat there i saw a bar with binoculars in the dining area facing the sea it was such a treat the staff was lovely and helpful. the location is great for the price. i will definitely stay there again.
the shower had poor pressure and only lukewarm water i wanted a hot shower to start my day a hot shower is important to me to feel refreshed for my day the room felt old and tired.

the ladies were very helpful i found their assistance valuable and efficient they offered prompt solutions and maintained a cheerful attitude. they care about the guests and their visit.

my family room included a comfortable double bed and bunk beds for my children the beds were neatly arranged and provided enough space for a restful sleep i appreciated how clean the room was. the room was very quiet

the location is great. it's an easy walk to the park. there's also a cute little bar with all the drinks and spirits. i found the bedding clean and white.
the heating was sporadic, not ideal. the hot water tap in the sink was very slow to heat. the beds were also a bit hard for my liking.

the location allowed easy access to the beach i walked there in about ten minutes it was a standard double room toilet i appreciated the convenience of having a toilet directly in the room free tea and coffee were available throughout the day i used this service multiple times it saved me money and was very convenient
the tv was positioned quite high on the wall i found myself tilting my head slightly to watch it
