A Romantic Valentine's Getaway
delicious food excellent service
My Valentine's Day was magical here. The food was delicious, and the waitress Chandana was the highlight. She was great. She made our evening special with her excellent service and smile.
I didn't like that I could not open a window in the suite, especially with a kitchen. We requested slippers and robes but did not have them in the room.

The suite was very clean and well furnished with everything I could need for my stay. The bed was huge and comfortable, and the bathroom was super clean and well maintained. I really enjoyed the extra seating area in the suite.

The hotel had a nice Italian restaurant that was reasonably priced for the area. The front desk staff were professional and friendly in every way. It was easy to travel anywhere because of the nearby transportation.

The hotel is very close to the metro station which is a huge plus. The location allowed convenient access to various sites and attractions around the city. I found it easy to come and go as I pleased.

the room was quite large and included a sofa, a coffee table. a kitchen and dining table , a lounge chair, a washer and dryer, and a fridge. it is a short walk to the nearest tube station. the tower bridge and the tower are within walking distance from the windows. the staff were helpful and accommodating to every need.
the gym requires you to exit the building , which is inconvenient during inclement weather.

this location offers easy access to transportation, with both the underground and dlr within close proximity. reaching the city airport takes just over 30 minutes, a great benefit for travelers. the area is well maintained , with a comfortable and convenient experience .

the superior studio was clean. the bed was comfortable and provided good rest. the underground tube station access is very close, it is literally steps away.
the air conditioner had little consistency, randomly turning to hot air at times.

The staff were very polite. They helped with directions. I also received an upgrade to a higher floor upon arrival. The breakfast buffet offered various choices each morning. The hotel is very close to the underground station. It made travel easy.
The in-room safe had a slight malfunction. I had to call for assistance to open it one time.

convenient location subway station helpful staff missing bathrobe dirty floors outside noise
I found the location quite convenient, especially with the subway station nearby. my room had a little kitchenette. It included everything i needed, such as a washing machine. the staff were helpful and friendly..
I was expecting bath robes per the website, but they were not provided. the floors needed a better sweep. I noticed some hairs in the bathroom. the noise from outside was quite distracting and annoying.

the room included a washing machine. i also saw a dishwasher and a hob. the reception had an ice cream trolley. the grandchildren seemed to love this.

Fantastic Stay Near Tower Bridge!
large sitting area fully equipped kitchen luxurious shower nice view
I booked a Tower Suite. It featured a very large sitting area and a fully equipped kitchen with utensils and superb cutlery. The walk-in shower was luxurious. I could see Tower Bridge from the room. The view was really nice.
The air conditioning was inconsistent, sometimes blowing hot air at night. I had to keep the lights on for it to work correctly.

The hotel restaurant transformed into a good Italian restaurant in the evening. This offered a great alternative. Plaman, the bartender, had a superb, educated approach to mixology. The drinks were FANTASTIC!!!

The concierge service was excellent. The staff was very supportive and helpful. I received special assistance from Alex B, who guided us patiently and answered all our questions. Sameer was also very kind and understanding.
