the staff were very helpful (i especially appreciated their local tips). our room had a nice view overlooking the river, a detail i loved. the breakfast choice was vast, ensuring everyone found something they liked. the hotel is ideally situated.
i noticed a slight delay in getting fresh towels one morning, but it was quickly resolved after i asked.

the staff was friendly i suppose.
the bathroom was quite small there was hardly any room to move i found hairs on the towels they didn't seem very clean i also noticed there was no soap provided near the sink it was quite inconvenient.
