this was my second visit and i found the staff helpful and friendly. the location is great, offering easy access to nearby attractions (perfect for exploring!).

the room was a bit warm, though there was a fan provided, better temperature regulation would improve comfort.

Parking was challenging and seemed inadequate for the number of guests. the room lacked proper soundproofing, as i could clearly hear conversations and noise from adjacent rooms. This was annoying and disrupted my sleep!

the room overlooked bins and some sort of kitchen extractor, it was noisy. the noise continued until 11pm and started again early the next morning. it. the extractor was definitely a disappointment.

the room was well furnished and modern i found it very clean tea coffee biscuits cups glasses iron and ironing board soap and shower gel dispensers and plenty of towels were all provided location is great boat cruises are across the road i also liked the beautiful scenery breakfast had a good range of foods i liked the cooked breakfast

the bar had a range of dog treats but real ale was unavailable
