thoughtful surprisewarm welcomedusty bedroom

the staff provided a thoughtful surprise by putting up balloons and a happy birthday banner. it was for my mum which was certainly lovely. the welcome was warm, and the room, including the bathroom, was bright, clean, and comfortable. breakfast and evening meals were fantastic.

The bedroom was quite dusty. it seems like it had not been polished recently. the shower was difficult to operate. It alternated between steaming hot and freezing cold, creating a frustrating experience

the room was clean with a good bathroom. the bed provided great comfort. staff members were both lovely and very helpful! the location is great, right in the heart of town, and i found parking without problems.

the shower's temperature fluctuated a little, going from hot to cold at times. it was slightly annoying but not a major issue.

burnt toastparty noise

i found two issues. breakfast on sunday was scheduled to begin at 8:30, but my departure was set for 8:25. i was informed that cereal and toast would be available from 8:00, but this information was not relayed to the staff. i arrived at 8:00, and my husband received his toast at 8:20, barely enough time to prepare it. mine never arrived. the adjacent pub hosted a party that extended into the early hours on sunday. i could hear people stomping across the floor above me throughout the night.
