Fantastic Stay!
excellent location convenient room
The location was excellent, providing easy access to the slopes. I enjoyed the room. The kitchenette and balcony added convenience. I definitely appreciated the view of the Alps.
I found that the breakfast area could become quite crowded during peak hours.

The hotel includes a pool, a sauna, and a games room. Fitness facilities were available, and they provided a good space for exercise, too! I used the secure parking. It was very convenient.

The hotel is within walking distance of the town center. I noted the close proximity to the paragliding landing area. The views of Mont Blanc from the premises were fine!!!

convenient location mont blanc view paragliders landing misleading photos mould presence streaming restrictions
The location was convenient with a short walk to town. The view of Mont Blanc from my balcony was Excellent. I watched paragliders land in the park. That was fun. The breakfast offered good value.
The room I received did not resemble the photos online, a major disappointment. I noticed mould in the water jug of the coffee machine. The television settings prevented Netflix or streaming. I was not informed of this issue beforehand.

a sweet alpine memory
alps views fondue machine indoor play area hotel suite
the suite provided lovely alps views i watched paragliders while having coffee each morning it felt romantic i also liked the convenience of the dishwasher which kept the space tidy the hotel provided a fondue machine i used it to make swiss style fondue for a good evening. there was also an indoor play area that was useful.
the gym felt a bit dated with some equipment needing maintenance, which slightly impacted my workout routine .

the staff spoke english well which aided communication as my french is not fluent the reception staff were helpful and approachable when i needed assistance navigating the area i liked the check-in experience.

the hotel offers a breakfast basket service with fresh bread delivered each morning this was reasonably priced i appreciated the convenience the hotel also offers indoor parking a great benefit given the snowy conditions.

the location is near the ski fields , made it easy to access the slopes i found the short walk to the supermarket and shops very convenient for daily needs the proximity to the center was a plus but far enough for quiet.

the breakfast included local products such as cheese and charcuterie this offered a taste of the region the breakfast had reasonable choices for vegetarian preferences i found it a convenient start to the day.

mediocre experience, some issues noticed
clogged drain worn furniture
i found several issues with my room. the shower drain was clogged. the kitchenette lacked basic supplies. the furniture looked worn. this caused a lot of noise early in the morning..

The apartment had a beautiful view from the balcony. It had everything needed and felt clean. The parking was well organized there.
