i enjoyed the swimming pool and hot tub a lot. the breakfast buffet included many choices. the kitchen staff was very helpful and provided great service during our meals.

the hotel refused to send me an item i left behind by accident. they said it is not their policy to send items left by guests. i offered to pay the postage but they still refused.

i found the evening meal disappointing, the pork belly was 80% fat and the eton mess lacked strawberries. the kitchen definitely let the resort down
