I found the staff very friendly and helpful. The location is awesome, right in the oldest part of town. The rooms were super clean and the location made getting around easy!
The air conditioning could have been better! It got pretty warm at night, even with it running full blast. I was thankful that it wasn't peak summer .

The team booked attractions and restaurants upon request! They provided fresh coffee all day. The staff explained all the additional goodies upon arrival like a handmade tile and a complimentary Sangria.

ineffective air conditioning
The room was small, it bothered me. the air conditioning wasn't effective enough either. i told the front desk a couple of times. They didn't fix it. it was really frustrating because i expected better for the price i paid.
