excellent stay. attentive service
hotel location fresh fruit amazing breakfast
the hotel location is amazing. i have stayed in this area before, this is my new favorite. the staff delivered fresh fruit with a note commemorating my birthday. the breakfast was amazing with croissants and toast.

the location is excellent and safe. it is near the south kensington tube station. there are also good restaurants, the victoria and albert museum, and much more nearby.

slow breakfast service water leak
The location was good as it was directly across from the tube station. It made getting around quite easy.
The breakfast service was really slow. It often took over 30 minutes to get my order. the staff didn't clean my table either. This happened more than once. room 409 had a water leak. Rain poured into the room which was quite annoying

The staff was very friendly. They helped with my bags. Gabriel showed me the room. He also made reservations. Breakfast service was great. The location is across from the Underground station. I found coffee shops, gelato, and restaurants nearby.

The front desk was helpful with directions. Concierge assisted me with luggage storage. The housekeeping staff kept my room very clean. I did not experience any problems due to the attentiveness of the team.

small dark room gratuity pressure
The location of this place was acceptable, near public transport, I guess.
The room looked nothing like the photos online. I received a small, dark room. the front desk tried to pressure me into paying a large voluntary gratuity, so that was awkward.
