The location was good as it was directly across from the tube station. It made getting around quite easy.

The breakfast service was really slow. It often took over 30 minutes to get my order. the staff didn't clean my table either. This happened more than once. room 409 had a water leak. Rain poured into the room which was quite annoying

The staff was very friendly. They helped with my bags. Gabriel showed me the room. He also made reservations. Breakfast service was great. The location is across from the Underground station. I found coffee shops, gelato, and restaurants nearby.

The room looked nothing like the photos online. I received a small, dark room. the front desk tried to pressure me into paying a large voluntary gratuity, so that was awkward.
