fantastic stay!
helpful staff late flight safe environment
i found the staff super helpful i especially appreciated the option to use the facilities even after i checked out it was perfect for my late flight home it seemed like a very safe environment for a solo traveler i loved it
the room i had faced a residential area i thought it was a little run-down the pool was also overlooked on all sides which wasn't ideal

the hotel is close to the highway making it easy to travel around the island cala major beach is nearby at a short distance so guests can quickly reach the shore for a swim or relaxation.

the room had soft beds perfect for resting after a long day of sightseeing i appreciated the smart tv because i could easily stream my favorite shows the breakfast was delicious with many options.

the breakfast omelette chef made my mornings so happy he was so joyful the staff was really friendly and helpful i was always greeted with a smile and prompt assistance.

The breakfast had many choices. the pool area had enough sunbeds. the room had a balcony. I liked this feature. i found the staff helpful when i needed something.
The gym had outdated equipment. the corridors felt dark and a bit depressing. my room had a strange smell. It was not very nice.

the staff were lovely and helpful. the breakfast had a wide variety of options and fresh food, though the coffee was terrible.
i booked a superior room. it was really a small double room so i did not get what i paid for! the bar area was not attractive though.

helpful staff convenient shuttle amazing pool
The reception staff was helpful and friendly. I found beach towels available at the reception. The shuttle service into the city center was very convenient. The pool was amazing.
